Recycle (blue barrel) = Monday
Garbage (green barrel) = Monday & Thursday
Mailbox Keys:
The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.
Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Visitor Parking:
If cars are parking illegally such as on the wrong side of the road, on the sidewalk, too close to a fire hydrant, etc. the police should be called and they will issue a ticket.
There is a provision in the CC&Rs that allows temporary parking on the street. If you have a visitor staying for an extended period of time they will need to park in the driveway.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 15th of the month it is due.
Assessment Late Fee:
All payments received after the 31st are subject to additional late charges of $25.00 plus 18% per annum.

ARC Requirements:
All new construction and all exterior changes, including landscaping to existing structures must be submitted to and approved by the ARC prior to commencement of work.
